Welcome to the Scorpio New Moon, the time in the lunar calendar when we turn our attention to the many seasons of life. Scorpio is inherently a sign about transition. It also teaches us about intimacy and vulnerability, trust and security, power and control.
Sparks are flying as we go into the weekend, all in advance of the Scorpio New Moon on November 13. While the days before the new moon are a time to rest and reflect, we may get a jolt in the form of Mars in Scorpio opposite Uranus in Taurus.
Venus arrives in Libra and brings us back to October’s eclipses and their new beginnings. Doors are opening this week. Mercury steps into Sagittarius, too. Scorpio Season gets a jolt as Mars opposes Uranus in Taurus as we close out the lunar month.
Saturn’s now direct in Pisces. We’re at a structural point for the year, one where life wants to consolidate and build upon a theme. We’re feeling the call to show our maturity, that we can handle more responsibility, and that we take our commitments seriously.
Last day of August and we’re navigating yesterday’s Pisces Full Moon and its emotional currents. With Saturn still on our minds, we may be weighing our options, trying to find the balance between the needs of the heart and the needs of our everyday lives.
