We’re in the dark of the moon, the time just before the new moon. The veil is thin. Our intuition is heightened. With Mercury conjunct Neptune, we naturally connect to the world beyond this world. Listen for messages. Look for signs. Pay attention to your dreams.
While the March 10 Pisces New Moon seems like it would be only suited for ethereal and artistic activities, it brings us into a new month punctuated by a lunar eclipse on March 25. There’s a quickening in the air. Events in March and into April carry major importance. They mark our experiences and the narrative for this year.
Just before the new moon, on Saturday, we have a testy square between Mars in Aquarius and Uranus in Taurus, one that creates friction between ideals or humanitarian aims and different points of view. It’s a push to be heard. But also open up to new perspectives, perhaps ones that illuminate and get us to see things in a radically new way.
Mercury also arrives in Aries on March 9, a signal that we are getting closer to Aries Season and the start of the astrological year. Aries energy is very different from Pisces. It wants to move and initiate us into new beginnings, especially the new beginnings to come with our latest eclipse season.
