Today’s Gemini Moon is a reminder that Mercury is over in Capricorn making some intense aspects for the next few days. As it first meets up with Pluto, we’ve got some hard decisions to make. How did we create this situation? How do we create something new?
To break this down a little more, Gemini is the sign of choice. Yes, it’s the sign of communication, ideas, and learning, but it’s dual nature reminds us that everything breaks down to choice. Is it a left or a right? A yes or a no?
Right now Mercury is in Capricorn, wrapping up its stay before heading off to Aquarius on January 24. As it does so, it meets up with Pluto in Capricorn and then squares off with Uranus, which is to say that our choices are under a lot of scrutiny right now. We have to be the master of our choices right now. We also have to evolve and transform our thinking. But we also have to take a serious look at how we created whatever situation we’re in right now. Pluto acts as a mirror and it’s holding the mirror to us.
Speaking of Uranus, the Sun is coming up to a square to Uranus, bringing us to the last leg of a chapter of awakening that began on April 18, 2018. Uranus is known to be a bit of a disruptor. It shakes up the status quo. The next few days are not about doing this as you’ve been doing them. It’s about moving in a different direction with new insight, awareness, and consciousness. Plus, it’s a lunar eclipse on January 21. Things are shaking up. Check out my update from yesterday, January 16, to find out what part of your life is getting activated with this eclipse.
