It’s the last day of Sagittarius Season and the last day before the solstice. Sagittarius teaches us to find wisdom after the trials and confrontations of Scorpio. What have we learned? Do we see the world differently? Do we see ourselves differently?
There’s been a heaviness to this year’s Sagittarius Season. Yes it comes paired with the enthusiasm and wanderlust of Jupiter, also in Sagittarius, but we’re also trying to navigate a Neptune square. Everything is steeped in meaning and existential questioning. We may be confused which way to go next or working through our illusions. We may be questioning our faith or trying searching for spiritual connection. Plus, we’ve been feeling emotional heaviness courtesy of Chiron. (See yesterday’s update for more details.)
The last degree of any sign is the “what did you learn? degree. It asks us to reflect and deepen our awareness of what the sign was teaching us. Sagittarius is the sign of faith, meaning, and truth. It inspires us to explore, cultivate wisdom, and to realize a world beyond ourselves. It helps us to develop a signs of right and wrong and orient. If any of these themes were strongly present over the last four weeks, take consciousness of what you learned.
Tomorrow the Sun moves into Capricorn, which will give us a dose of reality. Capricorn and its ruler Saturn cuts through confusion and illusions. It sharpens things into focus. It hastens decisions and demands responsibility. Plus, we’re on the verge of a full moon. The plot thickens.
