Happy Monday! We had a powerful Aries lunar eclipse yesterday that ignited the energies of Virgo even more. (Aries is ruled by Mars; Mars is in Virgo; Jupiter is in Virgo as well.) Keep in mind that lunar eclipses are a time when we really see things for what they are; there’s an honesty and clarity to them. Eclipses are also catalysts for change and new direction. Note that the energy will be a bit sharp over the next few days. If you feel triggered, don’t forget to take care of yourself and be really present with what you’re feeling. This eclipse is all about the past and letting go of something with the precision and exacting discernment of Virgo.
This coming week we’ll feel the energies build of the Mars/Neptune opposition. Keep in mind that Neptune is a quiet energy. We feel it in our emotions, our psyche, and our intuition. If Mars is action and will, Neptune will show us where there’s a bigger plan at work that may not be what we want. How do we surrender? How do we bring ourselves into alignment with a higher calling? How do we release the anger and forgive? If you are Mars ruled Aries or Scorpio you will feel this energy strongly. It’s best suited for meditation, reflection, retreat, and spiritual endeavors.
