Trading tradition and responsibility for the avant garde, Venus arrives in Aquarius for a four week stay. And if Venus is the planet of relationship, beauty, and value, then in Aquarius it’s funky, progressive, and wonderfully weird.
Personally I love Venus in Aquarius. It has such great style and doesn’t care what anyone else thinks. It pushes convention. It says, maybe we should rethink our notions of design, beauty, and how we interact with each other. Additionally Venus reveals what we value and in Aquarius it’s all about friendship, humanity, intelligence, and freedom. In short, this isn’t a Venus that likes to be tied down. It likes to move around, explore.
With the Sun in Sagittarius still and Jupiter in Libra, we’re visioning the future this week. We’re allowing ourselves to be inspired by new ideas and radical notions. But with the Sun coming up to a conjunction to Saturn on Saturday, we still can’t escape commitment. We still have to define what we believe in and get ready to take the next step up in our growth and maturity.
