After a long stretch in Libra, Mercury arrives in Scorpio and we’re getting obsessed about the details. Venus also changes signs, trading Sagittarius for Capricorn. Time to get serious about a relationship.
When planets change signs, it’s typically a change in what’s going on, as if a planet is now highlighting a different aspect of our lives. With the Sun and Mars already in Scorpio as well as yesterday’s powerful Scorpio New Moon, Mercury brings movement, curiosity, but a need to investigate and get to the bottom of things.
Venus, on the other hand, needs to settle down in Capricorn, a sign that makes it more tradition minded and focused on building something for the future. Although that may all go out the window as Venus will pick up on the energy of Saturn square Uranus. We may be asking ourselves, is it worth it? How do we break out of limiting values or relationships?
Then again, the Sun is still opposite Uranus. We’re ready to turn everything upside down.
