Venus squares Saturn, an aspect that can create hard boundaries in a relationship. Although Saturn can be a sobering influence for Venus, they both have mutual interests. They both want serious connection and partnership. They both want commitment.
I think sometimes we can get a little nervous around Saturn. After all, it has a well deserved reputation in astrology for being the planet that says no way more than yes. But, for those who know their astrology, Saturn is what is called exalted in Libra. Which is to say, Saturn does its best work in the sign of relationship, partnership, and cooperation. And Venus rules Libra.
Today’s a day to set expectations, to define limits and boundaries in a partnership. To get a clearer idea about what you want in a relationship. Keep in mind that whatever you do want has to meet Saturn’s standards. It has to be fair and equitable. It has to have the strength to last.
Do also note that Venus is coming out of a bumpy patch of astrology today as it prepares to enter Scorpio on November 21. The Moon is also pulling out of the same bumpy patch of astrology, which has made for a more intense past couple of days. Once the Moon arrives in Aquarius later today, we switch our focus towards friends and community as well as putting down roots.
