The Moon continues its time in Virgo, a Moon that begins to bring us to the end of the lunar month. Time to wrap up old projects, clean out clutter, and prepare for a new cycle. With Mercury and Mars still conjunct, we may feel rushed, short tempered.
Mercury turned retrograde in Sagittarius on November 9 and when it did, it did so in close proximity to Mars, amplifying Mercury’s quick thinking, restlessness, and need for movement. But Mars can also make for pointed words and impatient interactions. While we may be more decisive with Mercury and Mars, keep in mind that we need to be more attentive to our intuition while Mercury is retrograde.
This weekend, the Moon’s in a more diplomatic-minded Libra. We’ve nearly come full circle since the Libra New Moon of October 21. What’s different now is that Venus is in Scorpio, a Venus that uses strategy and influence to negotiate.
That said, we’re going into the dark of the moon this weekend and into early next week, all in advance of the November 19-20, 2025 Scorpio New Moon at 28 degrees. We may still be in the Mercury-Mars rush, but the dark of the moon is still a reminder for us to slow down, go within, and rest.
Note that next week’s weekly video will be recorded on Tuesday evening, November 18. Monday, November 17 is my birthday and I will be off.
If you are in AUSTRALIA or NZ, this forecast applies approximately for November 15-17, 2025.
