Venus squares the Lunar Nodes. We’re at a crossroads. Love, money, value, stability are major themes today, themes that presage next month’s solar eclipse. Look for fairness, equity, and balance.
Yes, only a couple of days after Venus’s conjunction to Saturn in Aquarius, once again we’re looking at relationships and partnerships, money and investment. But this time we’re working with the energy of the Lunar Nodes, a powerful axis of fate in the sky.
The South Node, currently in Scorpio, reveals where we have deep work to do. The North Node, currently in Taurus, is spiritual north for us right now. We have to face our fears and do the inner work in order to create a new relationship with stability and security, value and worth.
When a planet squares the Nodes, it’s as if we get a bump of eclipse energy. In this case Venus, the planet of love and value, squares the Nodes. People and situations can prove pivotal. Relationships may be at a turning point. Doors open and close.
Let’s not forget that Venus rules the North Node in Taurus. Events this week hint at a larger story around security and stability that has been unfolding in the past few years and will come to a larger focus this year with eclipses in Taurus and Scorpio in April-May and October-November.
These months will likely be major times for many of us this year.
