The North Node meets up with Mars in Gemini. We’re at another turning point as Mars propels us to get new perspectives and new ideas. We can’t stay neutral anymore. We have to make a choice and take action, one that may have lasting effects.
The Sun also makes its annual conjunction to Venus today, a point when Venus, previously the evening star begins its transition to the evening star, meaning that Venus begins to emerge just before sunrise.
Venus is Aries, however, a sign that it is traditionally not at home in. That’s because Venus has to take on the air of Aries and its ruler Mars. Usually docile, Venus finds its fire and courage in Aries and inspires us to do the same.
Speaking of Venus, this Sunday, March 28, we have a Venus ruled Libra Full Moon. As the compliment to Aries Season, Libra reminds us that we can’t do things alone. We need partnership, support, understanding, as well as a helping hand. Who are you reaching out to this weekend?
With the full moon making an opposition to Venus and Chiron in Aries, don’t be surprised if an old pain point is coming to the surface. It’s not always easy to reach out. Maybe we have poignant memories where we did not have a helping hand. Maybe we’re feeling alone.
Nevertheless, we still need to reach out and we may have our healing work cut out for us as we go into the weekend. With a Moon in Virgo and Mercury in Pisces, part of the healing comes from forgiving the past and letting things go.
