The Moon rounds out its time in analytical Aquarius, switching into intuitive Pisces, but we’re still in the energies of yesterday’s full moon. What was illuminated for you? With Saturn at the forefront, something has to take shape in our lives … or come to an end.
One of the energies that we revisited with the Aquarius Full Moon was Saturn in Aquarius square Uranus in Taurus, a configuration of planets that energetically dominated our experiences in 2021.
That year there were three squares between Saturn and Uranus: February 17, 2021, June 14, 2021, and December 24, 2021. I often said at the time, as you may recall, it was as if we had one foot in a new life, one foot in an old one.
While the exact squares have passed, their energies are still with us, more so with the Aquarius Full Moon. We may feel that sense of being pulled forward yet still connected to something in the past. This is energy that wants to reinvent, reshape, and break us out of an old pattern.
With that in mind, the Sun makes an opposition to Saturn this weekend. As a result, it’s a weekend to get serious about something, to make a major decision, to put something in the right way, or accept that it’s not working. It’s also a weekend where the energies of the full moon come into sharp focus and set the stage for the eclipses to come in October and November.
