The Astrology of April 3, 2026

The Moon switches into Scorpio, delving deep into the psyche as well as emotionality of Aries Season. We go into the weekend in a space of internal examination. With Mars in Pisces, there is a push to heal and forgive, to release and let go.

One of the distinctions this Aries Season, other than Saturn and Neptune newly in Aries, is Mars in Pisces. If Aries, the first sign of the zodiac, is about action and moving forward, Mars in Pisces, the last sign of the zodiac, is about actions that have not yet begun, movement that seems liminal or, at best, on the horizon.

We’ve had to pump the breaks a little bit this Aries Season. Mars in Pisces says we need to reflect before we can move forward, release the past before anything new can take shape and form. This dynamic will begin to shift this week when Mars arrives in Aries on April 9, a spark of energy and a force of moment after the reflections of Mars in Pisces.

In the meantime, go inward today and tomorrow. By Sunday — Easter for those who celebrate — a Sagittarius Moon will activate the fire of Aries Season and themes of faith, truth, and meaning. With the Sun square Jupiter in Cancer, it’s a day to look outward, but also to prioritize home and family.

If you are in AUSTRALIA or NZ, this forecast applies approximately for April 4-6, 2026.
