With four planets in Capricorn, there’s a fair bit of emphasis on all things Capricorn right now — duty, responsibility, boundaries, and the the power of saying no. But it’s Venus in Capricorn that’s teaching us about currency, from our worth to what our worth can buy.
We start the week off on a powerful note as the Libra Moon picks up on the Sun, Venus, and Pluto, all aligned in Capricorn. Negotiation, cooperation, and connection are key. We have to take responsibility and make a change. Pluto’s influence makes it nonnegotiable.
Today’s Gemini Moon is a happy reminder that Mercury is direct! Not that I’m one to set the alarm about Mercury Retrograde, but it’s nice to know that things may flow a bit more smoothly now that the planet of communication and travel has moved forward.
As I mentioned yesterday, the Sun is coming up on its annual line up with Pluto, a time when the light of creation meets the Lord of the Underworld. When these two planets merge, it’s an intense examination of ourselves as well as our unconscious projections.
Keep an eye on tempers today. With the Moon in Aries stirring up some intense energy courtesy of Pluto and Uranus, diplomacy and tact aren’t exactly where we’re at right now. Then again, Mars and Venus are over in Pisces. Time to let it go.
