Jupiter turns direct today! In case you didn’t know, we had five planets in retrograde motion. It’s not uncommon to have four retrograde planets at a time, but what made this period a little unusual is that both Mercury and Mars, two personal planets, were retrograde.

While Mercury Retrograde is a time to reexamine our choices, the retrograde in Taurus will prompt us to look at what we value as well. What are we choosing? Is it in alignment with our values? Have we gotten away from our values?
You may have heard that come Thursday, five planets will be retrograde. As disconcerting as this may sound, it’s not uncommon for four planets to be in retrograde and the outer planets spend 4-5 months of the year moving backward. So it’s normal. I think what’s a little unusual about this one is that both Mars and Mercury are retro, two personal planets.
It’s almost that time of year again — Mercury Retrograde. Don’t panic. Srsly. We go through this three times a year, sometimes four. Mercury Retrograde is a time when we have to take a step back, reflect on our karma around our communication, ideas, and movement. The tide can’t always push out; it has to come back in. And with Mars already retrograde, we’re doing extra work on our words and actions.
