The Virgo Moon takes us into the weekend and it’s the perfect day to tie up loose ends, get organized, and focus on what needs to get done. We’re also going into the dark of the moon, a time when it’s more about rest and reflection than action.

The Moon’s in Libra for most of this weekend, which means that, as we wrap up a Libra lunar month, we’re focused on relationships and looking back on what we learned since the previous new moon on September 28.

Come Sunday, we step into a new lunar month when a Scorpio New Moon arrives at 11:38 pm EDT and 4 degrees. New moons are about renewal. We close out one story and begin another. But sometimes themes carry over into the new month.

With the Scorpio New Moon pointing towards Mars in Libra, we’re still working out some relationship themes. Plus, Mars is coming up to a square to Saturn in Capricorn. We have to get real, we have to make commitments, and be ready to build something new between someone. Saturn can be a positive force. It’s the glue that holds things together, including relationships. More on the Scorpio New Moon in my new moon report.

Also, this is last call for my Chiron: Healing the Soul webinar on Saturday, October 26 at 4:30 pm EDT. (1:30 pm Los Angeles, 9:30 pm London, 7:30 am Sydney on October 27, and 9:30 am Auckland.) In it I’m giving you a fresh perspective on what this newer addition to astrology means for you and how it can be a key that unlocks the higher potential of the chart. You can register to receive the video replay even if you cannot join live. Details and registration here.
