Today’s Gemini Moon comes with a side of Mercury conjunct Uranus, giving today an extra kick. Expect the unexpected. Mercury plus unconventional Uranus is also known for it’s lightening bolt of brilliance and insight, but information may shock, too.
As a planet, Uranus serves to break us out of old patterns and grooves as well as anything that limits us. It revolutionizes, transforms, and breaks through. Revolution, however, can be chaotic.
Mercury’s conjunction to Uranus is relatively fleeting, but it’s important to remember we’re in a larger period of time when how we do Taurus — how we do money, the material world, the environment, our connection with our bodies — is radically shifting. Uranus is in Taurus for the next seven years.
Be open to insights today about what you need to feel safe in secure, what you need to feel more connected and grounded. (I’m having fantasies of packing up and running away to Spain today … hmm.) Sometimes what we think we need or what we’ve been conditioned to need is not what we really need. (I definitely need more tapas ….)
In other news, Venus makes a square to Saturn today. This is a values heavy aspect. Is something worth it? Are we committed to seeing something through? Since Venus rules the Taurus Sun, there’s a seriousness to today as well as this week. We may even be making major decisions as Saturn marks the path forward. Is it a left or a right?
