The Capricorn Moon kicks off our weekend. With a rendezvous to Saturn, this is more of a weekend to plan for the future, take on responsibility, and work towards our goals. By Sunday, it’s all about friendship and community as well as sharing sharing ideas.

Yesterday we took a look back at the last seven, eight years, the duration that Uranus has rumbled its way through Aries. And since we’re on the verge of Uranus entering Taurus, it’s good to take consciousness of not only what’s changed, but how we’ve changed. Yes, surely many events have happened in the previous years, but how have we experienced the alchemy of change? How are we more aware of ourselves? Quicker to be ourselves?

Uranus is the great awakener, the liberator. It brings awareness where there wasn’t before. It helps us to see above our lives. But it can shock, and break apart in the process of doing so. When Uranus enters Taurus on May 15, we’ll have to have new consciousness about the earth, about value, money, ownership, resources, and fertility — all Taurus themes.

PS — I’m a guest speaker at an event in Manhattan on Sunday, May 6 on astrology and energetics. I’ll be also giving a preview of Uranus in Taurus. Details here.
