Welcome to Pisces Season. When we reach Pisces, we reach the last sign of the zodiac as well as the end of the astrological year. It’s a time to rest after a long journey and reflect on the life we’ve lived over the previous twelve months.

Every month the Sun takes us through a different sign and reveals life through the prism of that sign. If Aquarius Season was about community and friendship, ideas and intellect, then we’re moving away from the cold, hard facts of Aquarius and into Pisces, a sign motivated by empathy and compassion for others.

Since Pisces is the last sign, it has within it all the signs before it, all the experiences lived, which gives it a deep wisdom as well as an inner knowing. Pisces is a sign that knows that we’re all connected and that life can be both magical and cruel. That said, it’s instinct is to be an altruistic force in the world.

So, get in touch with your inner Pisces this month. Meditate, retreat, and heal. We’re in the liminal space between lives, between stories. Our intuition is stronger, our dreams more vivid.

Additionally, Chiron has left Pisces for Aries, a sign that it will be in until 2026-2027. In astrology, Chiron talks about our personal and collective pain points, the knots in the fabric of our lives from trauma and other emotional experiences. If the pain points were spiritual and existential in Pisces, then in Aries they’re about where we struggle to move forward and take action.

Aries is very root chakra, which is to say the first chakra that connects us to the earth and gives us the power and drive to be present in our lives. What happens when where carrying a block or trauma to that chakra? Do we show up less? Are we afraid to move forward? Do we lack the drive to lead? This is something we’ll be working on in varying layers over the coming seven years.

Lastly, Venus in Capricorn joins us with Saturn today and will conjunct Pluto later this week. We’re working on relationship material. Saturn and Pluto are showing us that something has to fundamentally change in how we relate and interact with others. We may have a serious decision to make about a relationship.
