Sun reaches the end of Leo and we look back on our journey through the sign of passion, joy, and creativity. Leo teaches us to be ourselves and the August 11 solar eclipse made it an imperative. So, are you letting yourself shine today? It’s not too late.
Leo also likes to have fun, but with the Moon in Capricorn at the moment, we’re feeling pressure to succeed on this last day of Leo Season. Capricorn — and its ruling planet Saturn — likes to take a critical eye to things. Is it good enough? Perfect enough? This is something we’ll be getting very familiar with once the Sun moves into Virgo tomorrow.
How do you do both? How do you shine and have fun as well as show the world that you’ve done your work and mastered your craft? Sometimes I think Leo and Capricorn have more in common than at first glance. As the sign of the artist, Leo takes creativity and talent and hones it via Capricorn’s need for discipline and exactitude. (For all you astrology nerds reading, Capricorn is Leo’s 6th House.)
So be the artist today, but one that has really perfected what they do. After all, life should be an art. Tomorrow we’ll be doubling down on our work, so at least try to have a little fun with it while you can.
