Edgy astrology alert. As the Sun rounds out its time in Virgo, it will form a square to Mars today. Although the energies of the Sun and Mars are perfect for leadership, action, and healthy initiatives, things may be a little wonky. Mercury is retrograde after all.
At the root of the Sun and Mars is the energy of creation. The Sun is the seed of life, the light of the creator made physical. Mars is the spark, the inception that animates light.
With Mercury Retrograde, we’re being asked to review our creations. Jupiter is now in Libra. How are our choices and creations in harmony? Where are we ready to begin a new season? What do we need to clean out in order to move forward?
Also note that we’re coming up to a lunar eclipse in Pisces on Friday. Energy will build all week and, falling on Chiron, don’t be surprised if old knots and wounds come up. As we take consciousness of our pain and suffering, we have an opportunity to release it for the collective good. More on that later this week.
