Venus returns home to Taurus, a place where the planet of love revels in the pleasures of life. Over the next four weeks we are focusing on our material lives, making investments and taking inventory of what we own. Value and worth are a priority, too.
Here we are, the world is starting to come into full bloom. At least here in the northern hemisphere. Taurus is the sweet reminder that life, in its many cycles, returns to life. Every cold winter eventually circles through to spring.
Standing in contrast to Scorpio, the sign of the full moon on April 23, Taurus is the renewal. Scorpio, on the other hand, is decay. Two twin forces of life.
And, with Venus back in its own domain, is a reminder to make time for life. Slow down. Focus on the little things.
That said, Mars and Neptune meet up today, a conjunction that has been building since March and throughout eclipse season. If Mars is action and drive, Neptune is a strange combination. It says that we have to transcend our impulses. We have to put our power towards something greater. We need to become aware of how our actions impact the greater whole. (The last Mars-Neptune conjunction was May 18, 2022.)
