Saturn is at the end of Capricorn. We close out a chapter that began at the start of 2018. It’s been an uphill struggle, only because Saturn set a high bar. We also had to clear things out in order to build something new. Today we reflect on our work of mastery.
Coming off of yesterday’s solar eclipse, our world is still in flux, as if we just passed through a portal. People, situations, and events are still coming in and out of our life. It’s a time of new beginnings and the end of old stories.
Major cosmic shift alert. Not only do we start the week with a solar eclipse, but we’re saying goodbye to Saturn in Capricorn and hello to Saturn in Aquarius. Jupiter also leaves Capricorn for Aquarius. The great celestial gears change again.
Welcome to the Sagittarius New Moon, which is also a solar eclipse! This is the time in the lunar calendar when we not only turn our attention to matters of faith, truth, and wisdom, but open up a powerful new chapter that lasts the coming six months.
We go into the weekend with a dynamic Scorpio Moon, one that not only prepares us for the upcoming solar eclipse, but closes out a lunar month that began with a Scorpio New Moon on November 15, a lunar month for us to “die” in order to be reborn.
The Sagittarius Sun makes its annual conjunction to the South Node, a reminder that not only are we in eclipse season, but we’re four days away from a solar eclipse. Life may feel intense at the moment as we anticipate the next big chapter.
The Sun squares Neptune in Pisces, right on the lunar nodes. We’re at a turning point, especially as we get ready for next week’s solar eclipse. How do we move forward? Do we have faith? Can we let go of the beliefs that are holding us back?
The Moon rounds out its time in Virgo and it’s a day to focus on work tasks, getting the details right, and checking off items from the to-do list. We’re also cleaning up and preparing for next week’s solar eclipse as well as Saturn’s exit of Capricorn.
This week Saturn reaches the end of Capricorn and, as a result, we’re reaching the end of a time that, alongside Pluto, pushed us to grow and mature in powerful ways. What did we learn? What do we see as the result of all our work?
We start the week off with a practically minded Virgo Moon, one that not only wants to get tidy and put things into order, but focus on professional tasks and money matters as well. Saturn is also at the last degree of Capricorn. The pressure is on.
