Pluto arrives in Aquarius, a major shift of time that will unfold personally and collectively over the next 20 years. As a slow moving planet, Pluto doesn't speak to life on a day-to-day level. No, it's an agent of transformation and change, a deep work of the soul that we all have to do.⁠ ⁠ The last time Pluto changed signs was 2008. This is a Taurus Full Moon conjunct Uranus, an evolutionary force that upends the status quo. ⁠ ⁠ Taurus’s role, as a zodiac sign and archetype, is to preserve life. But sometimes Taurus can get stuck in a rut. Uranus's role is to break us out of this rut. Be open to shifts, awakenings, breakthroughs, and sudden movements. November 14 — Lots going on this week. Saturn Direct is only one major headliner. The other is tomorrow’s Taurus Full Moon at 24 degrees alongside Uranus. Saturn and Uranus pull in different directions and maybe we are feeling the same, too. ⁠ ⁠ When we look at the astrology of this year, Saturn Retrograde on June 29 and Saturn Direct on November 15 are like two structural points. Life as well as noteworthy events build around these dates. (There was a similar pattern in 2023, June and November were structural points as well. Saturn turned retrograde on June 17 and direct on November 2, 2023.)⁠ ⁠ We’re also halfway Saturn’s three year journey through Pisces, which has been a very different time than Saturn in Aquarius (2020-2023) and even Saturn in Capricorn (2018-2020). November 13 — Uranus is a wildcard. It’s a force of evolution, the sort that can wake us up with a need for a radical change. It’s in the spotlight this week courtesy of Friday’s Taurus Full Moon.⁠ ⁠ To get an understanding of Uranus in astrology, all we have to do is look at a period in life that stretches approximately from age 40-45, a time that is often marked by rapid personal growth and transformation. If you are old enough to have reached this phase of your life or you are on the cusp of it, this is what society calls the mid-life crisis. November 12 — To be fair, there’s a lot of big name astrology going on this week, some of it playing out larger cycles that began years ago. While we may be feeling Saturn’s impending direct turn and its pressure to figure out our lives, we are equally feeling the build up to a Taurus Full Moon on November 15. And this full moon will be conjunct Uranus.⁠ ⁠ Saturn and Uranus have different agendas. Saturn, on one hand, is about maturity and responsibility. It’s the hard-earned wisdom that we gain through life’s ups and downs. But its structures can limit and restrict us. Uranus, on the other hand, is an evolutionary planet. It sparks awakenings and breakthroughs. It can help us to free us from ourselves. It can also be chaotic.⁠ ⁠ So, it can be both this week, two forces pushing and pulling us in different directions.
