We get a boost from the Virgo Sun and Jupiter in Taurus, two planets that make for bold, confident, and indulgent pairing. We want to see the world. We want to share our ideas and knowledge as well as our opinions. We want to try everything.
Jupiter’s been known to be “extra”, so the conventional wisdom is that we can go a little overboard when Jupiter is in aspect to a planet. However, note that both Mercury, the ruler of the Virgo Sun, and Jupiter are retrograde. Perhaps some restraint is needed.
Further, since Virgo and Taurus are earth signs, it’s very much about our material lives today … What do we need, what do we eat, how do we spend money, what do we invest in? Jupiter gives it all a philosophical spin.
That said, the Moon moves between Cancer and Leo this weekend. We’re beginning to wrap up the lunar month, one that began on August 16. Time to look ahead and peer into the future. What’s next? We’re also getting involved in social issues and volunteering or making time for friends and community.
