With the Moon crossing from Taurus to Gemini, we get some wind in our sails today and life is a bit busy. With Mercury trine Jupiter, we’ve got big ideas, too. But we have to have more discernment with our choices; Mercury and Jupiter are retrograde.
Discernment is at the heart of this latest Mercury Retrograde, which ends on September 15. If Mercury in Virgo naturally sorts and tries to make sense of things, Mercury tracing its way backwards through Virgo means that it’s a call for us to look at how we use our discernment. Are we overly discerning? Or not discerning enough?
So, even with the natural exuberance of Mercury trine Jupiter, we need to slow down and weigh our options. This is the second of three trines between Mercury and Jupiter. The first was August 9. The last will be September 25, 2023.
