We start the week off with a Moon in Aries, one that takes the energies of the Sun and Mars in Scorpio and puts it to work. Use this energy to get organized and tend to ongoing tasks. A trine from Mars to Neptune gives creative support to projects, too.
This is the last day of Mars in Scorpio, a sign it won’t return to for another two years. In Scorpio, Mars has been strong, focused. Anytime a planet reaches the last degree of a sign — 29 degrees — it evokes the energy of Saturn. Which is to say, it can act as a reality check. Saturn is not only about learning the lesson, but making the lesson concrete.
In its highest expression, Mars in Scorpio is the power, if not the courage, to change what needs to change. From a spiritual point of view, Scorpio lays bare the soul’s desire to grow and transform. We can use this last push of Mars in Scorpio along with the Aries Moon to commit to making personal changes that align with the soul’s need for evolution.
Come tomorrow, when Mars arrives in Sagittarius, it will make a powerful opposition to Uranus in Gemini. This has a lot of potential to be confrontational. But there is also the opportunity to use it to liberate ourselves from the past, especially limiting ways of thinking.
Overall, we have a lot of movement in the sky this week — Mars in Sagittarius on November 4, a Taurus Full Moon on November 5, Venus in Scorpio on November 6, Uranus returns to Taurus on November 7, and Mercury turns retrograde on November 9.
Movement from the planets means movement in our lives. The story is about to change.
If you are in AUSTRALIA or NZ, this forecast applies approximately for November 4, 2025.
