Mars in Scorpio squares Saturn in Aquarius, two planets pushing and pulling at the corners of our lives. With Uranus not too far away, we have to make real the seismic changes that have been brewing all year long.
One foot in a new life in 2021, one foot in an old one. Today’s square is one of the moments when things have to all come together or run up against a wall. While Mars and Saturn have a reputation for frustration and roadblocks, and rightly so, I think they are key ingredients in the cycle of manifestation.
Things don’t happen overnight. They take time to build and shape and forge into something solid. They take time to mature. Be prepared to push today.
This is the last square in a cycle that began way back on March 31, 2020. You could argue that something began then with these energies. This square merely brings something to its conclusion.
Someone lost in the shuffle is Mercury in Scorpio’s conjunct to Mars and square to Saturn. If Mars is action and Saturn the discipline and commitment to bring our actions into form, then Mercury gives us sharp focus, an ability to discern, and weigh our options. We may also receive powerful news that propels us forward.
