Mercury goes into the heart of the Sun today, a conjunction that takes us out of a period of time that has been more receptive than active, more intuitive than analytical. Look for flashes of insights and new perspectives that animate the coming days and weeks.
As I said yesterday, it’s the Moon that’s doing the talking this week in the absence of major aspects. The Moon ebbs and flows. It’s atmospheric, the astrological weather changing from day to day along with our mood.
When the Moon changes from Cancer to Leo later today, taking us into the weekend, we’ll get a dose of fire (Leo) to Gemini’s air, two elements that ignite. A Leo Moon typically prioritizes fun and play. But we may be busy this weekend, heading off on a trip or in search of new experiences. Conversations may animate and inspire, too.
That said, we do have a Venus-Chiron conjunction in Aries on Sunday, June 1. We may be feeling a pain point in a relationship or friendship, a question of value and worth, but also an opportunity to loosen the knot on something quite old.
