The Moon crosses from Pisces to Aries, from endings to beginnings. We’re tracing a path that Saturn will make, not just over the next few days, but over the next eight months. One great cycle prepares to come to an end. Another awaits in the wings.

If you watched my webinar last night, I went into depth on why Saturn is such an important planet in astrology. It is the master timekeeper, marking the hours, months, and years of our lives. (You can still get the replay if you missed it, in the link below.) Saturn moves so slowly, that it spends between two and three years in a zodiac sign, and takes in total thirty years to cross the entirety of the zodiac. For perspective, the last time Saturn was at this point in the sky was early April 1996.

Wasn’t it a couple of months ago that Neptune crossed from Pisces to Aries, a no less significant move? Neptune, unlike Saturn, is an evolutionary planet. Whereas Saturn governs our manifested world, our physical reality, Neptune governs over the spiritual, the liminal, and transcendent. Both planets will be in Aires until the end of August, a surreal combination that may inspire new beginnings, real and transcendent. (Read Neptune in Aries: Sign by Sign.)

If you are in AUSTRALIA or NZ, this forecast applies approximately for May 23, 2025.
