We start the week with Mars, newly in Leo, poised to make a series of dynamic connections to Jupiter and the Lunar Nodes. It’s a week to move mountains, to make powerful choices and even more powerful actions. It’s also another ripple of eclipse energy.
As you know, we’re out of eclipse season, but eclipse energy can arrive at different moments, like intersecting threads of time. With Mars on the Lunar Nodes, plus a powerful addition of Jupiter and Pluto, we may see this week tied to events from early May or even April.
That said, welcome to Gemini Season! The Sun arrived in the third sign of the zodiac yesterday, kicking off a four week exploration of voice and communication, thinking and education, ideas and information. Gemini, ruled by the planet Mercury, governs over how we experience and learn about our immediate surroundings. Intensely curious, it’s also a sign that teaches us about the power of variety as well as the responsibility of choice.
The Moon’s in Cancer, lending an emotional beginning to the week. Time to gather what we need for the coming days, to reflect on the past, to find our roots.
