The Moon wraps up its time in Cancer, bringing us from the energies of renewal and into something tangible. But before it does, the Moon activates a powerful square from Mars and Pluto. Tempers may flare.
That’s the thing about Cancer Season. One, it’s driven by the Moon and that complex well of memory and instinct. Whatever we’re feeling, the question is … is it mine or is it coming from some place deep … or am I just hungry? Two, often it’s something deeper, entangled somewhere in early memory.
So, if something triggers you today, take the time and follow its thread. It could be at the root of a lot of unconscious motivations or desires. (Or, you’re just hungry.)
But in all seriousness, Mars and Pluto often have a volcanic-like energy that only needs a trigger like the Moon to have it erupt. Maybe we just need a release.
