Mercury and Saturn square off, a point of tension that may demand accountability and responsibility. Saturn is always an opportunity to demonstrate maturity. Choose your words wisely. Make choices that support long-term growth. Communicate healthy boundaries.

Since Mercury and Saturn made a conjunction on April 20, today’s square is a checkpoint on conversations, choices, and decisions made at that time. We may see the results of our choices or feel a push to take renewed action.

Note that Mercury, currently in Cancer, will turn retrograde later this month, on June 29, retracing its steps through the sign throughout July. While Mercury will not make another square to Saturn in Aries, the two planets will be close when Mercury turns direct on July 23. Meaning, the events and decisions we may be navigating this week may still be playing out their conclusion as we get into the end of July.

It doesn’t mean that we need to put our plans or hold or bring projects to a halt. Just take careful note of all the details and be open to new perspectives. Above all, be flexible.
