An Aries Moon gets our July off to a fiery and powerful start. With Mars pushing up against Saturn and Uranus, we’re either feeling like slamming on the breaks or taking a big step up into something new.

That’s the thing about astrology. Whatever’s going on now isn’t an isolated event. This week’s astrology has its roots in May 2018, March 2019, the months that Uranus entered Taurus for the first time in nearly a century. You’ve probably heard me mention those dates because they are a seed that we continue to build, grow, and reference.

For some of you, those months in 2018-2019 and the days and weeks just after coincide with major events. For others, something quieter began. Nevertheless, today’s opposition between Mars and Saturn is a bit of a stress test. How are things holding up?

Saturn demands balance, whether it’s literal balance and equity or karmic balance and equity. Mars demands action. With Mars in Leo and Saturn in Aquarius, there’s a push and pull between our individuality and the needs of the collective.

That said, if something isn’t working, don’t be afraid to stop and approach it from a different angle.

If you are in AUSTRALIA or NZ, this forecast applies approximately for July 2.
