We go into the weekend with a Cancer Moon, one that picks up on not just a need for home and family, but a need to serve and help others. With Jupiter in Cancer and Saturn at the end of Pisces, we may be feeling a swell of emotions, too.
As I’ve been saying recently, it can’t be underestimated the power of a planet like Saturn coming to the end of the zodiac. At present, Saturn is at 28 Pisces and starting next week, Saturn will move to 29 Pisces, the last degree of the sign as well as the last degree of the zodiac.
We’re not just wrapping up a story that began in March 2023, when Saturn first entered Pisces, we’re reaching the conclusion of a larger chapter that began 30 years ago.
Since Saturn is at the end of Pisces (and the end of mutable sign), anything we start right now is on a ground that is moving. I’ve noticed that clients have been saying that they feel as though something is on the horizon. They are not sure what. It is possible that we are all feeling the inbetweenness” of being between two worlds, two lives at the moment, until Saturn arrives in Aries on February 13.
The other energy we may be feeling is the upcoming Aquarius solar eclipse on February 17. The time around the eclipses always have a liminal or otherworldly quality. Only two weeks away, the curtain prepares to come down on one act to bring us into the next.
Lastly, we will have a Leo Full Moon later on Sunday, one that will put matters in the spotlight as we go into Monday. With oppositions to Mars and Pluto, it may be another weekend of intense energies, “oppositions”, and themes around power and the collective. More to come.
