Welcome to Aquarius Season. Although we got our start with the January 21 Aquarius New Moon, we’re taking its energies of renewal into the week. It’s time to plan and strategize, hope and dream. As we set plans in motion, break free from the past.

There’s a buzzy energy as we start the week courtesy of Uranus, now direct at 14 Taurus. Uranus is the great awakener. It shows us things that can shake our consciousness, open us up to new paths as well as new concepts. This weeks events may have threads back to August 24 when Uranus turned retrograde as well as to the eclipses of April-May and October-November 2022. (Uranus first entered Taurus May 15, 2018 and March 6, 2019. Read more in Uranus in Taurus: Earthquake.)

That said, Aquarius Season and the energies of the Aquarius New Moon push us to reconnect with community and allies. With Saturn also nearing the end of its time in Aquarius, the coming weeks represent the finality of its lessons. How have we built and strengthened community since 2020? What friendships and alliances remain? What’s our relationship with justice and equity? Do we feel like we belong?

Saturn leaves Aquarius for Pisces on March 7, entering the sign for the first time since 1996.

More on this in my Facebook Live at 6pm ET today, Monday, January 23. You can watch the replay on YouTube, Instagram, and Spotify.

If you are in AUSTRALIA or NZ, this forecast applies approximately for January 24, 2023.
