A Virgo Moon takes us into the weekend. Much like yesterday, we’re continuing to focus on the details, working and crafting towards our future. Picking up on the energies of Uranus, be open to powerful insights.
Let’s not forget that this was the week that the Lunar Nodes switched signs. If the Nodes of the Moon with its north and south axis represent an invisible compass point in the sky, then we’re now in a new time where we have to head towards the North Node in Taurus.
Continue to reflect on what you need in order to feel safe and secure, to feel like there’s solid earth beneath your feet. Ironically, Taurus is an area in our astrology, depending on what sign we are, where we’ve seen the earth shift beneath our feet. Instead, solid ground may be somewhere different than where we’re used to.
Mercury reaches the midpoint of its retrograde, too, on January 23. We’re at a crossroads in our time of reflection and revision. Note that Mercury turns direct on February 3.
Mars also reaches the end of Sagittarius this weekend, wrapping up a transit that began on December 13. In a way, it feels symbolic that it reaches the end just as the Lunar Nodes leave Gemini and Sagittarius. What have we learned about beliefs and convictions, truth and meaning? Mars arrives in Capricorn on January 24.
