We start the week off with a fiery Aries Moon, one that picks up on an alignment between Mars and Uranus, one that make for challenging or intense astrology. Use this energy to take positive, transformative action.
Yes, it’s unfortunately another week of demanding skies. One of the signatures of the astrology in 2021 is a square between Saturn in Aquarius and Uranus in Taurus, one that Mars, currently also in Taurus, turns up the volume. At the heart of this tension is a need to create new visions, new systems, and new ways of living.
What 2021 is telling us is that we can’t keep doing things the same way, whether personally or collectively. But there’s, of course, resistance, friction. That said, this could be a week of powerful breakthroughs, one where we leave behind limiting patterns, we open our eyes to something bolder and brighter. Note that Mars’s conjunction of Uranus on January 20 is an activation of a story that began in May 2018 as well as March 2019, a story that we’re learning and working through until 2025-2026.
Those were the months that Uranus first entered Taurus and signaled to all of us that a certain area of our life would need reinvention. It could be relationships, money, career, or even where we live. (You can get a refresh in Uranus in Taurus: Sign by Sign.)
