We’re navigating the powerful energies of Saturn square Uranus this week. With Mercury in the mix today, we may break from an old way of thinking or make a radical choice. Something may shake us awake, too.
As I’ve been saying over and over, we’re one foot in a new life this year, one foot in an old life. There will be points — this week is one of them — where we feel the push and the pull between the two halves.
The thing about Uranus, especially as it sits at the top of a t-square with Mercury and the Sun on one side and Saturn on the other, is that it’s a planet that can be very unsentimental. Its job is to get us to transform by any means possible, even if it means leaving something that you never thought you’d leave.
At the heart of this year’s square between Saturn and Uranus is for us to get out of our own way. Maybe Mercury is just merely showing you where. And with Venus trine Uranus alongside this, look for the opportunity to look at things differently.
