While the Moon wraps up its time in Aries, we’re still unpacking the energies of yesterday’s solar eclipse, one that set the stage for the next six months. In the spirit of the sign, we’re in a time of new beginnings. But Aries can also inspire as well as provoke.
Aries isn’t a subtle sign. It’s raw. It is the rush of life after the gray of winter. It’s the energy of new cycles and rebirth. Aries isn’t just a sign, it’s an energy as well as an archetype. Every time you wake up and your eyes open and you start to move your body, you’re in the energy of Aries.
Eclipses open a story that unfolds over a six month period. So, in the case of yesterday’s eclipse, from April until the Libra New Moon solar eclipse on October 2, 2024. They are like a container, a space that we personally and collectively occupy.
Of course, we’ll all have different lives over the coming weeks and months. But there is a unifying energy that will provoke a collective experience. Start over. Wake up. Begin again. Move forward. Be courageous. Take the lead.
As I mentioned in yesterday’s write up on the solar eclipse, Mars, the ruler of the eclipse is over in Pisces, a sign that pulls us simultaneously into the dream world. Pisces and Aries couldn’t be more different. Pisces is the spiritual, the subtle, the intuitive, and even the sublime. And yet Pisces prepares us for Aries. It’s a sign of transition — transition between lives, between moments, between breaths.
We’re moving forward, but we have to do a lot of soul searching. We need to listen to our intuition and our spirit.
Tomorrow’s conjunction of Mars and Saturn at 14 Pisces is a moment when something wants to take shape and form around this eclipse. Look for insights and realizations. This may be a week with important events, milestones, and commitments. (Read Saturn in Pisces: Sign by Sign.)
