The Moon continues its journey through Sagittarius, a sign that inspires and motivates us to look beyond ourselves. As a fire sign, it is the light of the stars. Sagittarius opens us up to the world, whether through travel and exploration or through education and philosophy.
In astrology, there are four elements — fire, earth, air, water — a system based on how life manifests. Everything always starts with fire, a simple astrological fact that reminds us that, first, there is fire … there is light. Fire takes shape and form in earth that then moves and multiplies itself through air. Water, the final element, helps us to color and give meaning to this life through our emotions. Then the cycle begins again.
Sagittarius, like Aries, is a fire sign. But, it is the fire within us, a light that is searching and seeking greater connection. Although not a fire sign, Pisces, the last sign of the zodiac, whispers to Sagittarius that the light within us eventually needs to find its way back home, to Source, to become a spark in the great cosmic ocean that will eventually be reborn again in Aries.
