We start the week with an Aquarius Moon, one that has us looking towards the future and contemplating the larger issues that affect us all as humans. It’s a day to discuss social causes, connect with friends and community, and make plans for the coming weeks.
It’s also a good time to remind that Saturn is in Aquarius until early 2023. If Saturn is the planet of time and boundaries, lessons and mastery, then in Aquarius we’re learning to build stronger social connections, to set better boundaries with our friends, and create more harmony in our lives as well as the lives of others.
But Saturn can also be a bit heavy handed with friendships during this time, and if we look back over the last year, we will likely see a smaller social circle or friends that are no longer there. It’s not that Saturn doesn’t want us to have friendship; it’s just that now they have to be stronger, more equitable. (Read more in Saturn in Aquarius: Building Humanity.)
That said, we’re rounding out the lunar month this week, one that began on March 13 with a Pisces New Moon. What have we learned about forgiveness and compassion? How have we let go of what no longer serves us? This is something that we’re reflecting on and integrating as we prepare for the refresh and powerful restart of the Aries New Moon on April 11.
