We start the week in the portal between the eclipses, a two-week period where time bends and life changes directions. With the Sun conjunct the North Node today, we feel that liminality even more. There is a deeper subtext to our experiences and thoughts.
Look for magic today or for the subtle signs that portend coming events or bring a message. That’s the kind of energy we’re in. Perhaps you had a vivid dream. Or you keep seeing the same word or object over and over again. Or you had a conversation with someone that hinted at a bigger change to come.
Although the solar eclipse has come and gone, its energies will be with us throughout the next six months. Yes, the solar eclipse opens up a chapter or framework of time lived through the archetypes and energies present, like a seed, at the moment of the solar eclipse.
With the solar eclipse in Aries, the coming days, weeks, and even months are about taking the lead, getting a fresh start, and powerful new beginnings. Mars in Cancer, the ruler of the eclipse, means that this is a shift of seasons for everyone, one where new beginnings need to anchor in and create a sense of connection on a deeper level. But with Pluto square the eclipse and the Nodes of the Moon, these new beginnings may at times feel very black and white, an old life clearing way for a new life.

That said, the Moon’s moving between Gemini and Cancer today, and with the eclipse energy present, things may get a little emotional over the next couple of days. We may be feeling into deeper spaces and deeper questions. Where is home and who is home? Am I safe? Do I have everything that I need?
