The Moon moves from Gemini to Cancer, from the movement of Mercury in Aries to a need for home and family with Cancer. The next couple of days will bring us to the first-quarter moon after a solar eclipse. New beginnings may quickly come into quick view.
Astrology is about time and timing. As I said a few days ago, an eclipse is not a “one and done” event. Its energies unfold in predictable passages. The first-quarter moon after an eclipse is one such passage, a time when the energies seeded at the solar eclipse begin to take shape and form.
An event this weekend can push us into action. An experience can put eclipse themes and archetypes into clarity. It’s time to move forward. With Mercury Retrograde, there’s a need to be contemplative or reflective on our decisions.

A Cancer Moon is also an opportunity to anchor in, to make time for the things that support our new endeavors and initiatives.
If you are in AUSTRALIA or NZ, this forecast applies approximately for April 13-15, 2024.
