Big shifts this week. Not only is it a Taurus New Moon on Tuesday, May 11, kicking off a new lunar month as well as the official start of eclipse season, but Jupiter arrives home to Pisces!
We’re not quite ready to start the week. Instead, we’re rounding out the lunar month, quietly reflecting as we prepare for tomorrow’s Taurus New Moon. Nevertheless, the Moon’s in Taurus. Eat, sleep, indulge, and dream of what your new moon wishes.
An Aries Moon takes us into the weekend. We’re on the move and we have lots to do, especially anything related to projects in the home. But we’re also winding down the lunar month and wrapping up things we started around the April 11 Aries New Moon.
Venus in Taurus makes a trine to Pluto. It’s a day to find wealth in all its forms. Look for powerful opportunities, especially opportunities that help us to see our material lives in a transformative light. This includes dismantling negative beliefs about money.
The Moon arrives in Pisces, pulling us inward and reminding us that we’re coming to the end of the lunar month. As much as we’re looking inward today, meditating and reflecting, we’re also looking outward. What are our goals and hopes for the coming month?
The Moon rounds out its time in Aquarius. We’re looking towards the future and focusing on the friends and communities in our lives. It’s a day to be aware of belonging, taking concrete steps to create more connection. After all, Saturn is in Aquarius, too.
It’s May! We start the month off and the week off checking in with Saturn, the planet that’s been getting us to build new social networks and community since December 2017. Mercury and Venus also change signs, moving into Gemini. Things are shifting.

The Sun conjuncts Uranus in Taurus. It’s another powerful page turn in our ongoing story of reinvention. Our lives have greatly changed over the past few years. What we own, value, and even our relationship with our bodies has radically shifted.
Another Sagittarius Moon day. We’re setting our sights to the horizon and making plans for the future. Mercury sextiles Neptune, too, giving us a supportive intuitive nudge. With life in a state of flux, it’s time to reorient ourselves towards our dreams.
The Moon leaves the intensities of Scorpio behind in favor of Sagittarius, a sign that’s always up for adventure and fun. But Sagittarius is also a sign that needs to find meaning. It’s a day to connect the dots and try to understand the bigger picture.
We’re still shaking and shifting, reforming and transforming after yesterday’s dynamic Scorpio Full Moon. With its opposition to Uranus, we’re awakening to a new reality. Something has to change. And with Pluto turning retrograde today, there’s no going back.
