Last day of Cancer Season. We wrap up a four week look at the role that home, family, and connection in our lives. It’s been a sensitive time, one that began with a powerful solar eclipse on June 21. What’s shifted? Do we feel closer or farther from home?
We start the week with a Cancer New Moon, the second Cancer New Moon in a month. It’s a second chance to refocus on what really matters, to tend to our homes, connect with family, or get the care that we need.
We’re getting back into some Capricorn vibes as we go into the weekend. Although we’re wrapping up the lunar month, a time to rest and pull inward, we’re also coming up to a big check in with Saturn. It’s about commitments, boundaries, and doing the right thing.
The Moon moves into Gemini and we begin to enter the dark of the moon. In this time of waning lunar light, we pull inward to reflect, rest, and prepare for the next cycle. What’s shifted since the solar eclipse of June 21? There’s much to integrate.
The Sun makes its yearly opposition to Pluto. It’s a day to face our shadows, to transform and reform, and find our power. We’re navigating major currents of energy as the Sun not only opposes Pluto, but Jupiter and Saturn in Capricorn, too.
The Sun begins to opposes Jupiter, Pluto, and Saturn. We’re stepping up into bigger positions of power, authority, and responsibility. Or, we’re navigating titanic forces that are pushing and pulling at our lives and the direction it is taking. Time for reformation.
We round out a lunar month, one that started with a solar eclipse on June 21. We may also have a few more bumps to navigate as the Sun faces off with Jupiter, Pluto, and Saturn, three heavy weights hanging out at the end of Capricorn.
The Moon trades Aries for Taurus, getting a bit of sharp focus from Saturn as it does so. If we’re weighing our options, how do we see things more clearly now? What are our goals and ambitions as we start the week? And how do we get started with them?
We go into the weekend with a Pisces Moon, one that meets up with Neptune and can make us feel like we’re floating. It’s possible that today may not be the most productive of days. Instead, we’re sleeping, dreaming, visioning, and channeling.
Another Pisces Moon day; another day to rest, recharge, and reconnect to our spirituality. That said, this may not be the most relaxing of Pisces Moons, what with Jupiter still conjunct Pluto. We’re transforming as we recharge, like a chrysalis.
The Moon crosses from Aquarius to Pisces, two very different signs, but two signs that turn our attention to the world at such as vast level. If Aquarius is community and humanity, then Pisces is our collective feelings and emotions. It’s also spiritual connection.
The Moon’s in Aquarius today and we’re turning our attention to the bigger picture. Aquarius is a sign that speaks to humanity and society, our social networks and friends. And with Saturn at the very edge of Capricorn, we may have some weighty decisions.
