Moon moves into Leo, giving us some Fire element after the watery intensities of the Cancer New Moon solar eclipse. We’re feeling a little more playful and energized. It’s a day to focus on money and material matters, especially any deeper themes around value.
Big shifts this week as we not only come off a Cancer New Moon solar eclipse, but Neptune turns retrograde, Venus turns direct, Mars squares the Lunar Nodes, and then Mars arrives in Aries for a six month stay. Life’s turning us in a new direction. Hang on!
Coming off of Sunday’s powerful solar eclipse, we start the week off in a new time, one that not only stretches to the end of the year, but also puts us on a very different path. Things may be shaking a rearranging as a result. After all, that’s what eclipses do.

Welcome to the Cancer New Moon. It’s not only the solstice and the start of a new season, but it’s a solar eclipse, too, a time of supercharged new beginnings. The great stage of our lives rearrange. New characters and set pieces come in. Others leave.
We’re in the dark of the moon as we go into the weekend, a quiet time to retreat, reflect, and shed anything from the past. But we’re also on the doorstep of a Cancer New Moon on June 21, a solar eclipse that will be a powerful portal to the second half of 2020.

Another Taurus Moon day and we continue to wind down the lunar month. We’re moving more slowly. We’re continuing to weigh our options. On the cusp of a lunar eclipse, we may feel the energies of change beginning to shift the tectonic plates of our lives.

As we open up a new chapter courtesy of the June 5 lunar eclipse, we’re beginning to close another that began in July 2018 with this week’s solar eclipse in Cancer on June 21, right on the solstice, the punctuation at the end of a two year sentence.
We start the week off with an Aries Moon, a Moon that usually like’s to take action, move forward, and go after what it wants. But with Mars in Pisces alongside Neptune, we have to be compassionate with our actions and move forward with empathy.
The Moon joins Mars and Neptune in Pisces as we go into the weekend. It’s a call to let go as well as surrender our expectations. We’re at a crossroads as the Moon squares the Lunar Nodes. The direction forward may not be what we expected.
