We’re in the dark of the Moon, a time when the light has faded to a sliver and we prepare for a new lunar month. Also known as the balsamic moon, this dark time has a reputation for increased intuition as well as a need to pull back from the world and reflect. Use this quiet energy to do your own reflection and personal work. Tomorrow is the new moon.
As I mentioned yesterday, we’re coming out of a lunar month initiated by a Virgo solar eclipse. Are you feeling a big push to clean out your closets? Your cabinets? Your fridge? Your diet? Do you need to tidy up your life? As a sign, Virgo teaches us the power of perfection. And, as a result, the world runs a little more smoothly thanks to Virgo.
Again, tomorrow is the new moon. Falling in the sign of Libra, we’ll be entering four weeks viewed through the prism of relationships, connection, beauty, balance, and harmony. With Venus in Scorpio, too, the lunar month will pull at our fears around intimacy, sexuality, resource, and power. More on that later.
