The Sun squares the Lunar Nodes. We’re at a crossroads as we reach the midpoints between eclipses. Life turns a corner, perhaps in subtle ways, but we’re making decisions and aligning ourselves with events that will play out into November and December 2020.
We’re also on the cusp of a new moon, one that plays on Virgo themes of work, duty, ritual, and practice. It’s a time to reset how we take care of our bodies, to recommit to a healthy practice, to honor and duties and responsibilities that are necessary in our daily lives. Since we’re in the dark of the moon — the new moon arrives at 7 am EDT on September 17 — it’s a time to reflect instead of take action.
Back in May 2020, the lunar nodes switched signs, aligning with Gemini and Virgo for the first time since 2010-2013. This meant that collectively and personally we would be working through themes around faith and meaning, ideas and information.
Since today marks the half way mark between the June-July eclipse season and the forthcoming November-December season, we may be navigation such themes. Do we have faith? Or have we misplaced our faith? Do we know what truth is? Or do we need a new perspective.
Make a note of things that are going on or conversations that you are having because they may be revisited around the November 30 lunar eclipse in Gemini and the December 14 solar eclipse in Sagittarius.
