Venus enters Scorpio and Libra Season slips into the shadows to look at the private side of relationships and connection — intimacy and vulnerability, even abuse and control. How do we open up more deeply to others? How do we heal from the past?
If Venus is what we love and value, then in Scorpio love has to be a powerful connection. Not content with the polite and genial side of relationships, Venus in Scorpio takes us into the emotional and psychological. It soul baring. It puts us in touch with our sexuality as well as our obsessions. Venus in Scorpio values trust and loyalty above all.
Mars also opposes Chiron in Aries today, which means that we may be feeling something deeply existential, something that has thematically woven itself through our life. Am I good enough? Do people hear me? Do I have the courage to make a change?
Chiron speaks about our emotional, spiritual, and psychic scar tissue. It’s those old wounds that seem to nagging get triggered from time to time. Chiron helps us to heal, especially on a soul level, when we are able to transcend our story around suffering and use it to empower and inspire others, opening up space within our selves.
